After placing order by email we were contacted first thing next morning as the email had said and told the work would be carried out early afternoon and that we would be contacted again when a time of arrival was known. Simon rang at 12.30 and said he would be here within half an hour which he was. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and reasurance was given that if we had any problems we only had to phone and they would come back out. I was particularly impressed that when booking your service you can stipulate that you have to avoid the school run times (although it is currently school holidays and didn't need to use it) this is something which other companies should adopt as it is a very useful service. The price was extremely competative and the convenience of having the work done at home was brilliant as I didn't have to drag my two children to a garagage and keep them amused whilst the work was carried out. I would definately use the service again and will recommend to friends and family.
