I have used Event Tyres before and did not hesitate to contact them. I emailed late on the Tues evening requesting Friday and without a problem I was contacted the next day to confirm my booking for the Friday. Doug the fitter phoned me early on the Friday morning informing me he would be with me between 1pm and 2pm, he arrived around 1.20pm. This is brilliant, I did not have to wait in all day. Sadly, I had hit a major pothole on the Tuesday and unknown to me badly dented my nearside alloy wheel. Doug said he would not advise fitting the new tyre to this. He did however arrange through the office that he or someone would return and fit the tyre to a new wheel once I had purchased one. This took place at my place of work today and again the fitter, Dennis, called me in advance to tell me when he could arrive and was that OK. What more can you ask for ? I have been treated as a valued customer and nothing was too much trouble. Doing 20,000+ miles a year means it won't be long before I will be calling again for more of their excellent service. Thank you all, especially Doug and Dennis, I really do thank you for being so understanding about the two call outs for what was in effect one job - BRILLIANT
