This is the second time I have used Event and I am delighted with the service once again. Why anyone would prefer to get in the car, and drive to their local Kwik Fit or whatever and then sit waiting around for ages and have to pay more for the privilege is beyond me. Although ordering through Event can all be done online, I had a few questions to ask before I made the order. I called the control centre number and was advised by Mark and then Kevin who were both more than helpful. Kevin sourced the tyres I needed and called me back to confirm everything within a few minutes. Both times I have used Event, the guys have arrived at the time they said they would be. On this recent occasion, Lindsay tried to call me on Friday evening to advise he would be with me for 9:30 on Saturday morning. I missed the call but he sent me a text anyway. As promised he was here spot on 9:30 and the job was all done (two front tyres) in less than 30 minutes! Totally professional, polite and friendly plus the best price I found.
